This is an unsolicited letter in reference to the work performed on my house by Steve Delev and his company. A month ago Steve’s company re-shingled my roof. I was very impressed with the professionalism demonstrated in accomplishing that task. It was evident that the workers had been well trained and showed some enthusiasm in performing their tasks. The work was not rushed and I noticed that everyone was determined to do a first rate job. Attention was given to doing a thorough cleaning of the work area and when everything was finished I was very impressed with the results. Steve Delev and his workers delivered a top quality product. Today, Roof One Ltd installed new aluminum eves troughs on my house. Again the crew showed great attention to detail and it was obvious, as before, that they took pride in doing a top notch job. I have been impressed with the work ethics of Steve and his company and the excellence of the work they deliver.
